Apartment rentals in Portland Oregon can be hard to find. Especially if you want a really nice place to live. Vacancies can be spread out and you might not find the neighborhood you want. The main Portland Oregon Nieghborhoods are separated geographically into Northwest Portland, Southwest Portland, Northeast Portland, Southeast Portland, and North Portland.
In general, Northwest and Southwest Portland are more expensive than Southeast Portland, Northeast Portland and North Portland. Most of our apartments are in Northwest Portland, though we do have some in the Southwest, just south of Downtown Portland (Downtown is in the Southwest Neighborhood). Burside Boulevard divides Northwest and Northeast Portland from Southeast and Southwest Portland. The Willamette River divides Southwest and Northwest Portland from Northeast and Southeast Portland.
Because most of our Apartments are in Northwest Portland, most of our apartment rental vacancies are in Northwest Portland. We have one bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom townhouse apartment rentals,and several houses for rent with two bedrooms, three bedrooms, or four bedrooms. We also have fenced yards. All of our apartment rentals are PET FRIENDLY.

Apartments in Portland have different move-in requirements. Our apartment rentals require a security deposit and first month's rent for move-in.
